      Good Afternoon from cloudy and chilly Vancouver. About to board the plane but have an internet connection, so I thought I would jump on here.

      I got in 4 miles walking yesterday and another 4 miles in this morning.

                If it's not too late I'd like to sign up.

                I will pledge 200 this month.

                (sorry about last month, I had some personal issues going on, but I am back & ready to go)

                so far this month: may 1 -19.5 miles (bike & treadmill)
                may 2 - 18 miles (bike & treadmill)
