I was sick for the past 2 weeks. After 4 courses of antibiotics and a bout of severe fatigue, I am back on track! Now, my challenge to myself is to complete those 200 miles before the end of the month! ( at least try hard!)
so, today, I did 7 miles on the elliptical.

.5 mile.....we are going for a walk on a trail but the trail doesn't list how long it is...is there anyway to convert steps from a pedometer to miles?? (*can ya tell I am new to exercise??*)
