Re: May Squat Challenge
I've done a paltry 20 squats so far (5/3). However, I've done TONS of gardening which if I can go by my thighs' major level of soreness the next day, is the equivalent of many squats. I guess gardening is one of the things people did BEFORE we needed to go to the gym! I'll post actual squat numbers as I do them, but since my life has become extremely more active doing other things, my numbers may not look as juicy! Keep up the good luck everyone.
