      Heidi: 305/350
      Jo: 86/80 + 86/300 = 172/300

            Oh dang the posts from yesterday and today are gone ........... I thre out my little peice of paper with my numbers on them after I wrote it here but I know my totals as of today so I hope thats ok ..........

                    Here are the updated numbers....

                    Heidi = 384/350 minutes (MADE and SURPASSED GOAL!!!)
                    Jo = 86/80 + 159/214 = 245/300 minutes (getting ever closer to goal!)
                    me = 400/360 minutes

                    WOO HOO!!!!!

                          Good Morning Bio! I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. I went off plan eating wise and now am fighting my way back to being on track ..... no real excuses I kind of made the decision knowing I was being stupid but did it anyways so here I am re starting myself once again .... atupid I know but it is what it is ..... Here's my minutes ..... thankfully I love my excercise plan so even when I stupidly go off my eating plan I still stay on track exercise wise.

                            oh my goodness heidi! i am just overwhelmed by the effort and minutes you put in this challenge. you're A OK in my book! and you've met goal for yourself!!!!


                            i hope to join ya'll in june but it sure won't be fantastic. my stomach area is still very sensitive and hurts quite often. minutes will be low and probably only stretching AND this will have to approved by dr. jack. he's already set my mileage for june. he may not let me do any stability ball until july.

                                Hey Jimmie!!!!! Just remember a little bit at a time and soon you will be back to doing it all!!!! I've got a feeling Dr. Jack's a good man and keeps whats best for the woman he loves in mind so listen to him would ya???
