  • Diana's Turbo Jam Challenge

    Well, I need to get my butt in gear. I started aquafitness about a month ago which has really boosted my endurance and I feel i need another challenge.

    I'm starting a turbo jam challenge for myself and anyone else who wants to join.

    I commit to doing turbo jam at least 5 times a week, no excuses until the end of august which is 16 weeks. So at least a total of 80 times.

    If anyone is doing a different workout plan please feel free to join me.

    So, did my first turbo jam today, it kicked my but. Luckilly thay have a low impact version as well, and some of the people are always doing it. Didnt quite get the steps today but im sure that will come with practice. I only did the 20 min workout today, also did aquafit turbo class.

    I'm really hoping to lose weight and tone up!!

        Hey, sorry i have been MIA< my internet went down

        Yep, challenge is still going, i am modifying it a little bit because my back is really bothering me lately ( i had sciatica ) so im making it my turbo jam / stationary bike challenge. I would love it if you would join!!

        You have turbo jam too??? Which dvd's did you get?

          Yeah I have the tapes. I bought them back when they were first introduced. I don't know if there is an update version or not. I'm a sucker for infomercials but fortunately for my wallet I haven't seen any recently.

          I would love to join, I'm planning on doing the 20 minute workouts at night when I get home from work. I'll start that Monday. I'll figure out how my totals etc. Tomorrow.

          Don't you hate it when internet's down? it's so funny because we used to be able to live without it but when I don't have it because it's down I go through some serious withdrawal. hahah. I'm glad this challenge is active!

            Usually i am pretty good with infomercials but this one looked soo good and i do actually find the workouts to be great!!!

            I'm currently doing the 20 min workout too, the low impact version. I'm also doing my aquafitness and my exercise bike but i would really like to be able to get thru some of the longer turbo jam workouts.

            We need to be accountable so please keep me updated on all your success and i will do the same

            I know what you mean about the internet too. When i didn't have it it was never a big deal but now i go thru withdrawls when i cant get on it

              Well I'll set my first goal. I'm going to be doing the 20 minute workout 5 days a week for the next 5 weeks.

              So that's 25 Workouts starting Monday till July 4th. I know it's 6 weeks till July 4th but I'm going to be on vacation for one of the weeks and have no access to Turbo Jam so that's why it's 5 weeks.

                  I got my first workout in! Blah! It was hard and I didn't get home till 12:30 at night. It was a really good workout. I hare working out but I always feel so good when I'm done...As my sister-in-law loves to tell me "It's all in your head" haha!

                    Good job!!!! I couldnt do turbo jam, bad back yesterday but i went for a long walk, so at least im exercising.

                    You must really feel it today!! My arms and back are always stiff after i do the turbo jam workout, its such a good workout!!

                        Hey Ladies It's June 2nd and I would love to join this challenge .......... I pledge to do the 20 min workout 3 days a week. I don't have an end date .......... But commit to 3 days a week. Today will be day 1 for me.

                        I have all the dvd's so I may skip around and do different ones but will do one of the work outs 20 min. minimum 3 times a week.
