Well, I need to get my butt in gear. I started aquafitness about a month ago which has really boosted my endurance and I feel i need another challenge.
I'm starting a turbo jam challenge for myself and anyone else who wants to join.
I commit to doing turbo jam at least 5 times a week, no excuses until the end of august which is 16 weeks. So at least a total of 80 times.
