        thanks so much for keeping this challenge alive whilst I've been awol.

        Tommorrow - what kind of boxing training did you do? I skip for kickboxing - I found it so hard at first, couldn't do 2 mins.

            Hi Alexa, I did skipping, ab and core work, shadow boxing, and focus pads. I later bought a speed bag for home. Oh ya, I also have a heavy bag. Skipping is definitely something you have to work up your time. I was up to half an hour. I've got a ways to go to get back to that though!
