      btw, just to let y'all know, bio has graciously accepted to take this challenge over for august and beyond. i'll still be rolling around with you but bio will be keeping tabs on the numbers.

      and i plan to pledge my 300 minutes in august so heidijobio and our dear miss heidi can have a break.

                So in my womens health I think it was that I got 2 days ago.. had a booklet in there for beginner and advanced stability ball exercises... I wish I would of had that to begin with to spice things up ... but I used it yesterday and I was completely sore ... between that crunches, and working out again... it was alot to take in :P but i love it :P


                28th- 30 minute workout dvd
                29th- 25 minutes of doing random stablility ball things from the booklet!

                510/200 and def. gonna get in some more sb today!

                        ok guys, i think i can make it!!!! i did 20 mins today, which leaves me 21 for tomorrow. i had already done 12 for the day, and was ready to post figuring i'd never make my goal by tomorrow. when i got here and read the posts by jimmy 48 & bio cheering me on & telling me i could do it, made me go and do another 8 mins. i felt like i had my own personal cheering section. thanks to you both, maybe i really CAN make it now.

                              Moniegail You can do it we are all believeing in you!!!!!! There's been many a month I had to push myself to get those minutes done in the last few days so I know first hand you can and will accomplish your goal!!!
