    Fact: It's a magnet.
    Fact: I did 20 minutes yesterday, Thursday.
    Fact: (2) Vodka martinis with olives are basically zero carbs and they are very good to have every now and then.

      fact: i could use a vodka martina
      fact: i don't drink so i suspect the vodka marting would do me in. LOL

      i'm so sorry to have not reported anything for a couple days. i took one day off and then yesterday i was just so tired. same today. my treatment yesterday was a bit exhausting to me. but, i will gain strength. maybe i can just manage some stretching today.

                y'all are sweet to keep urging me on and to take it easy. i hate not being where i was before. i think i'll finish up my minutes today and start helping heidijobio out.

                          this was the first time i worked my lower body tape. man, i can't believe how much i must have been cut up inside. there were some moves that
                          i just could not go as far as the girls on the tape. my abdomen/pelvic just isn't letting me yet.
                          on a good note.... i, too, have completed my pledge for the month with 1 extra minute. i hate finishing so early in the month but i'll continue, just like LLL and my added minutes, anything over 160, will be for heidijobio.
