      Peach, there's nothing wrong with a day of rest. I think you're doing GREAT in this challenge.

      7/4: 20 minutes

      80/450 total minutes
      HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7

        25 minutes ... yay!! did some crunches , biceps, pushups, pelvic thrusts, inner leg exercise etc.

        so 40/ 200
