    Wow look at our list!!!!! Sorry I'm a bit late posting but you know I'm in!

    I'm going to stick with 300 for me and 300 for Jo!

        OK let me figure this out... 30 minutes (a tape) a day, 3 x weekly = 90 minutes a week and 4 weeks a month (estimate) would equal 360 minutes, but I am a realist and KNOW I will miss a day here and there...so I am going to commit to 300 minutes!
        JULY 2008 CHALLENGES
        Sit ups 50/2000
        Stability Ball 0/200 minutes
        Mileage 2/50miles
        WATER 100oz/daily








        31yo ~ 5'7" - - Start date 7/2/08
        HW - 185
        SW - 185
        CW - 178 ~ 8/1
        1st mini goal - 180 - pedicure (+)
        2nd mini goal - 170 - Change my hair
        3rd mini goal - 160 - red lipstick
        4th mini goal - 150 - new red heals
        GW - 145 - a dress to wear out with my red heals and lipstick to CELEBRATE!

          15/200 minutes... i did pushups, so pelvic thrust haha... and some leg lifts that help with obliques

              Did the 30 minute DVD that goes with my stability ball! I feel so sore!! I may not do the whole DVD in the future, but I did 30 minutes today... WHEW

                    15 minutes

                    5 of this was general stretching waiting for the tape to get to the right spot and the next 10 minutes was spent doing the upper body tape. i made it through but my name is not grace! LOL i haven't done push ups since may and those were hard.

                      7/2 - 30 min ..... dvd for me this morning too we re heading out camping so I have some minutes I'm gonna miss ..... I haven't done a whole DVD all at once in while it was quite a work out for me!

                      As mentioned above we will be camping over the holiday ...... I won't be bringing my ball with me but my time in prayer for you will certainly not change!

                        only 4 mins tonight, 25 ab crunches and 25 leg lifts. did most of my abs on the floor while watching tv, using the ball would have block hubby from tv. so i waited until he went to bed to get a few mins on stab. ball.

                                I was only able to get through half of my DVD today...I skipped some of the leg exercises because MY LEGS ARE KILLIN ME! hehehe So I was able to add 15 minutes, but I may take tomorrow off....I need a rest
