    15 today for a total of 40 minutes.
    Today I felt 10 times more balanced and strong on the magnet.
    Must be the spinach salads lol.

        Hehe...I *used* to fall off the ball all the time...now it's just happens when DH is looking! LOL

            i had some pelvic issues, i think from doing the comlete lower body work out on tuesday. i'll be backing off from that workout, or at least part of it, for a little bit.

                            yes, yes, jack is watching me closely but i'm also watching myself.
                            i might actually try to do some of more intense ball work this week.

                            i took a couple days from anthing real stenuous. back at it today and i'll report those minutes later. for now, i'll update the numbers for the month so far. most of us are doing very well and very much on track.
