    Did another 15 minutes today!!! worked abs and legs! Keep it up everyone!! WE CAN DO IT
    JULY 2008 CHALLENGES
    Sit ups 50/2000
    Stability Ball 0/200 minutes
    Mileage 2/50miles
    WATER 100oz/daily








    31yo ~ 5'7" - - Start date 7/2/08
    HW - 185
    SW - 185
    CW - 178 ~ 8/1
    1st mini goal - 180 - pedicure (+)
    2nd mini goal - 170 - Change my hair
    3rd mini goal - 160 - red lipstick
    4th mini goal - 150 - new red heals
    GW - 145 - a dress to wear out with my red heals and lipstick to CELEBRATE!

      35 minutes today.. of everything crunches, inner thighs, situps, pushups ... so that is

      120/200!

        Wow everyone is doing such a great job! I am home from camping we came home a day early because a storm was rolling in and we didn't want to pack up wet stuff tomorrow which also got me some execise time tonight which included some ball work. I'm adding weights to my work out now and it's interesting how it changes some thing balance wise .... I figured it wouldbe an easy transition but it does make a difference!

              I'm loving the fact that so many folks are seeing and believing what we've been trying to say about the SB...it works! You can utilize the stability ball in so many ways and get a great workout to boot. Don't like a particular move or find it too easy, then do a modification and feel those muscles burn!

                                I wish my ball was a magnet then maybe I wouldn't fall off it so often .......... am I the only one that still does that! My kids think it's so funny!
