      I made the 2 for today, but I may do more this afternoon! However, if I don't, I am up to 12/80 for the month!

      1st mini goal - 180 - pedicure (+)
      2nd mini goal - 170 - Change my hair
      3rd mini goal - 160 - red lipstick
      4th mini goal - 150 - new red heals
      GW - 145 - a dress to wear out with my red heals and lipstick to CELEBRATE!

              The good news is that I am racking up the miles. Now for the bad news! Which is probably the reason for the extra miles. It is back to induction for me for a couple of weeks. Stepped on the scale and was shocked to find that I was actually over my goal weight! This morning instead of reaching for the comfortable pants, I purposely grabbed the ones that I knew would be tight as a little extra motivation.

                don, the good part is that during your journey, you learned the tools to drop the weight quickly.

                          16 miles on the bike this morning. The bad news is that I am up even another couple of pounds! Yikes!!! Now three pounds above my goal weight, but know that it will turn around soon!

                            don, you told us that you were in the hospital. maybe this is what contributed to the gain?

                              Maybe! I know that my joints are still swollen and I am still sore, so some of that is probably water weight. I shouldn't have hopped on the scale. I broke my own rule of only weighing once a week. No more weighing until next Monday.
