                            Well I surpassed my goal by 12.5 miles.....however.....
                            I really pushed myself this month (September) on the treadmill as my endurance had built up so I just kept going and now I have a really painful quad muscle and I may have to take a break from running or jogging for a while to let it rest.
                            I'm in for October though...I'll have to to assess my mileage goal in a few days depending on my owie.
