October exercise dvd & "on Demand" channel Challenge

    exercise is quite addictive no doubt about it. I have my lazy times but I so agree that once you get going it feels great and then afterwards you really feel like a million bucks. Way to go for hanging in there, pushing past the obstacles and working out when you weren't really feeling it in the beginning.

      Today I did the 8 minute tae bo workout... which I was extremely suprised that I was sweating so much. I didn't let myself slow down and pushed myself as far as I could. It was definitely awesome. I also did the Turbo Jam 20 minute workout as usual. I just love her she is full of energy ... plus I like the dancing aspect of it. I am definitely going to try Hip Hop Abs tomorrow maybe. And, am going to go look at some new workout dvds to buy!

      and DEZ! I've got a suprise for you... I have my before measurements. That I finally found. I get measured at curves so these were from the 1st of October... can't wait to update when I get november's measurements Everyone at curves is so impressed about how much Ive lost in such a little time. I love Atkins.

      anyways here are the measurements for October 1st

      Bust- 41.25"
      Waist- 35.50"
      Abdomen- 44.00"
      Hips- 46.00"
      ThighsX2- 48.00" (Thunder thighs lol)
      ArmsX2- 26.00"
      Weight 215.00
      Body fat %- 33.90%

      Hope to god they change but I have been keeping a food diary and working out daily... along with these videos I usually go to the gym, do crunches or opt for a run... sometimes both if I get a crazy streak in me :P

        It is amazing how Billy Blanks is able to make you hurt in 8 minutes. That is the longest 8 minutes of my life when I do those workouts. It's so great so you so focused. Looks like you have the variety thing down pact so keep going!

          I had to switch gears a bit. I scaled my DVD workouts back to 3 times a week because I need to work on my aerobics routines. OMG!!! I'm thinking about dusting off my P90X stuff but I'm getting scared.I'm getting bored with Billy and Leslie and Jillian makes me mad. Yes~I literally argue with my TV because she laughs while she's torturing me and that really bums me out. *LOL*

            haha nice... yea i feel like nutty professor did when he tried working out with richard simmons :P when I work out haha... I yell at my tv too ... lol... I just bought dancing with the stars workout dvd so that sounds fun... I am gonna try it today and see how it is... it was ten dollars at walmart so we will see lol
