      i didn't take the ball with me on our mini trip so i'll be making up minutes during the next few days.

        How often do you folks want updated numbers? Weekly? No preference?

          no preference for me, bio. i keep track of mine on my own sheet alongside my other challenges. maybe just one in the middle of the month and then one with a few days left in the month?????

                Yep I'm with JO on the preference thingy what ever works for you is fine with me. I keep a journal type notebook and it works for me as well.

                      OK....I'll update our numbers mid-month (and send out reminders to folks, if necessary) and then toward the end of the month.

                      You know, I've never used the stability ball at the gym....I just use the one I have at home and at work. Maybe at the back of my mind, if I slip off the ball, I've done it in the privacy of my own home (husband and cat don't count).
