            GOAL!!!!

            I am going to be posting much smaller numbers for next month as I am having my carpal tunnel surgery on the 14th I will be out of comission for two solid week sand then slwly gaining use back for the next 4 ......... I can still bounce and use it for my ab work ect just no push ups or anything that requires my hand, and my guess is that very first week after surgery I won't do much of anything just to be safe I would hate to fall off my ball( yes I still do that occasionally) and accidentally catch myself on the wrong hand ......

                      i just added a few minutes just in case i miscounted somewhere.
                      i'm doing situps a bit differently now. while laying on the floor, legs apart,
                      ball in both hand outstretched over my head, i raise up, using those all important abs and bring the ball in between my legs rolling it out as far as i can to get a stretch in my legs. the 'ow factor' is a good thing. i did 30 of them today.

                                yes, yes....I will lead you guys into a new month of ball craziness! I'll post a link to the new thread as soon as I start one. I'll also do an "official" computation on my beloved spreadsheet of your numbers later on. Right now, my brain is still on wedding-vacation mode and I'm so tired, I can't sleep. Go figure.
