reverse crunches
lying leg press
push ups
jackknife
stretching
slow swim
side plank
seated leg extension
bridge ball squats
1 arm rows
stability ball exercise tapes/DVD's
Basically, any exercise that you do, using your stability ball will count.

400 is doable and I have done more in a month, but since I know I'll be super busy later in the month, I've reduced my minutes. Feel free to make adjustments if necessary.
