          I'm back!

          Jimmie, my brother is 19 and he plays professional basketball. He uses the ball when he is injured and can't do his usual training routine.

              It feels good to be back on the ball ......... Jo I do need to give up the push up challenge she said no push ups for 8 more weeks ........ I don't know if Liv wants to keep doing it or if thats ok with you??? How does that work? I'm sure there are Rules?

                  Glad to see some familiar faces again!

                  It's still crazy in my part of the world, but I do find some time to do ball-work. It's one of the few things that gives me peace and is a reliable friend.

                            I found out that our uni gym will be closed from Dec 21 until next year, so I'll try to finish my minutes by next week.
