      On the 2nd did 30 mins abs, squats, pushups and core, with a bit of stretching. 3rd did 10 min stretch.

        Hey everyone I would love to participate in this challenge... I need all the motivation I can get when it comes to exercise :P

        Here's my plan:

        Cardio: Dancing, TKD, star jumps, walking to work (instead of catching the bus).

        Strength Training = 4 days a week (20 mins each session):

        2 of those sessions are 'arm, back and tummy exercises'
        - Push ups, Dips, the evil 'holding your arm out and moving it up and down slightly' exercise, resistance training with the (rubber) band, sit ups, touching ankles + others.

        The other 2 sessions are 'leg, back and tummy exercises'
        - Sqauts, TKD practise, slow kicking, side leg rises, sit ups, core work.

        I will alternate them ^_^ looking forward to it!

          I'm finally here to check in! Things have been so crazy around here since New Year's and finally winding back down to normal.

          I was able to get in some training on Jan. 2nd and 4th. I did my usual 50 min. cardio. Did 35 minutes of weight training on Friday and 45 minutes today. That's already 80 minutes total. I should have pledged a bit more. Oh well! At least this way I know I will meet my quota for the month and then some!

                      Lower body and abs today. I think I could have done more abs but I was very tired by that point. Oh and the yoga class. Loved it.

                            So how is everyone doing. I am so glad to see all of you adding minutes. I know I am getting stronger. My push-ups were better today (and I find push-ups incredible hard) I think working on chestpresses with dumbbells have helped a lot. My arms are looking better people.

                                20 mins of abs, squats, pushups and core on the 6th. Need to fit in BFL lower body but kickboxing classes getting in the way! I may have to do a morning workout before college - nooooo! I hate to workout in the am.
