    That is body for life lower body? You are using a CD?
    I only do AM exercises I need to work on my core big time. Did a 35 Crunch video that I really like today

      Hi Liv,

      yes it's Body for Life. I did the whole programme about 4 years ago - it was good, but quite hassle with 6 meals a day. I use the book.

      What is the crunch video? I could do with something like that.

          Ok so my lift to kickboxing fell through so did lower body tonight. Left knee was weird (as often is) so just did squats (skipped lunges), calf raises, abs (various) and some stretching.

                  I started a 2nd job the beginning of this month so I have been committed as I'd like. I have been participating in the push up, squat, ab, and crunch challenges...it seems that those count. Is that true? I am hoping to get the 270 minutes on top of those. Also this may seem like a dumb question, but does snow shoveling count in the challenge? My snow blower is waiting on a new starter and we are getting 6-8 inches of snow tomorrow

                    This will be me - I think if you want to count them do. Squats, push up etc do indeed count even if you are part of the other challenges.

                    Alexa I usually pick up some old exercise tapes at garage sales and used stores - some times I really find some pearls. The Crunch series is a couple of years old but I really like it. And this one with Ellen Barrett is my favourite - it combines yoga and pilates, is tough but not too tough and fun.
                    I think Ellen Barrett was on the body for life DVD too - but I did not really care for that one

                      Liv - thanks for the recommendation! I will check that out.

                      30 mins abs, pushups, squats and stretching (inc dynamic swings which are good for strength and liven things up a bit).

                        Ugg I was sidelined. My leg (lower) suddently got very painful on Friday. I have been resting. It is on the outside shin area. I am thinking inflammation. It is a lot better today after taken it very easy in the weekend. I may go to the gym for some upper body work and some yoga tomorrow. So I am cheering you guys on. I'll be back though.

                            Did BFL upper body last night: bench press, flyes, DB press, side raises, pullovers, benchdips, DB extensions, curls. Also abs and dynamic and static stretching.

                              So any exercizes really doing it for you guys this month. I am really feeling those chest presses (or if I am at home dumbbell chest lifts) I can feel getting stronger in that area.

                              Did not make the gym today. But did some upper body exercises. I can do many sitting and without putting any pressure on that leg so I think it went well. I am relieved. I was really starting to hate this resting. If this feels good tomorrow I will do some abs work before work and see. No Yoga but I did gentle stretches.

                              Are you guys familiar with Bob Anderson's book on Stretching. It is my favourite.
