        I did so many squats today in my weight-lifting class at the university. OMG!! I'm so sore and know that it'll be worse tomorrow!! Ugh!! Until then, I've been stretching like mad to help out my poor muscles.

            parouz, you're almost there! good job this month!

            now, i'm finally adding some more minutes. i WILL make my goal but i've done myself no favors by slacking off with the ball, that's for sure.

              Jo your doing great! Those minutes will rack up quickly and before you know it you'll be claiming goal!!!!!

              Bio I think one of my very favorite Ball exercises is stretching I love doing deep thigh lunges and stretching out my sore legs especially after the elliptical or squatting!

              parouz I don't know how you do 90 minutes in one stretch I have a hard time getting past 22 these days. I have a 30 min DVD but I often don't get through it all.

                  Well, you can always challenge yourself either with more minutes, different exercises, or both! You can also focus on form and target specific areas. There's so much that you can do!!

                        Some workout is better than no workout. We're almost at the end to another month! Just a word of warning to those signing up for next month....we have fewer days to get our minutes done in Feb, so keep that in mind.

                          made it, i actually made it and with a couple days to spare. it was hard this month to get myself in gear, not just with this challenge but with my others. i'm glad i didn't take on too much, i would have been in serious trouble.

                              I'm glad you're listening to your body, Jo. No need to over do it!! You've got so much going on with your recovery that the last thing I want you to worry about is getting in your numbers for the ball. You know that Heidijobio will always help you out! *hugs*

                              I need to come up with some new stretches....my whole upper-body is so sore this morning from yesterday's weight lifting class. I now know that I can bench press 85 pounds for 3 reps using free weights. I'm stronger than I thought b/c I always thought I had weak arms. I think my time with dumb bells (of all sorts! LOL) really helped out. However, my arms feel like jello today and just s-o-r-e!
