    Good Morning losers!
    Reporting in at 188 exactly today. Was hoping for more but everything feels swollen this morning:fingers eyes etc... as had a bout with mild flu bug yesterday and must have gotten a bit dehydrated so my body is hanging onto fluids. Anyways, that puts me at a loss of 1.2 which is better than a gain so I'll take it! Goal for next week: 2 lbs again. Percent lost so far: 7.23%

      Hello Everyone... 2 more pounds gone!!

      Here's a breakdown:

      Week #7 Goal = 2 lbs
      212/210/199 – Actual Loss = 2 lbs (Goal!) – 0.94% weight loss


      Next week's goal is 3 lbs lost - that's 1 more pound then my average.

      So...

      Total Loss to Date: 16 lbs
      Percent Weight Loss: 7.08%

          Just checking in for the week. I stayed the same on the scale, no movement at all! We're heading off on our cruise tomorrow, so I won't be checking in till I get back March 10th. See you then!

              I was off plan all week with my eating and gained back up to 191. Hoping to get back on track and lose 4 lbs next week, hoping to see 187! Congrats to everyone on the hard week this past week!

                I had a run in with a serious amount of swelling and fluid retention, and had to go to the doctor Monday to get it checked out.
                It was nothing out of the ordinary and I'm now losing all the nasty fluid my body was holding on to!

                  I am still at 190, I guess this will be my Week 1.

                          OK,...so I have been sick and off the wagon. I plan to get back on track right now. I am pledging 4lbs for week 9. I am just skipping week 8 because I refuse to weigh.

                            Hey Kass! It feels great to be up and moving around with no pain. I still have mild discomfort, but my scar is healing up very nicely and I'm a lot more mobile than I was last week Good luck with the restart and get busy missy----you've got a goal to meet

                              Agh! I have been so busy I haven't been on here in forever. Lets see, I realize I didn't set a goal last time! However my current progress is 185!

                              I guess since I am checking in so late I won't set a goal for tomorrow, but for the next week 2lbs.
