                  Hi everyone! I'm finally back from being sick. The flu got my whole family! On top of being sick myself, I had to take care of the kids and my husband too. I managed to stay on plan, but I didn't lose any weight. I'm sure it was due to the meds, the cough drops and the lemon juice I added to my tea. I'm glad that we are all back to normal and doing great!

                  I did 45 minutes of weight training yesterday. It felt great to finally be able to go to the gym and have a great workout!
