              today was "**** day" as my trainer put it... lovely... but feeling great!! wall squats w/weighted arm lifts, leg lifts on the bench, planks: uped my time today (good sign), ran the stairs (ugh), squat thrusts (squat to the ground then kick my legs back while arms are on the floor= less than fun) bicycles for abs, shoulder press, bicep curls, and tricept pull down, finally balancing leg lifts with weighted arm lifts.... all in 30 min, back to report sunday!

                                nope been working with a trainer 2 days then a third day I go to the gym at my apt complex. Could do it at home, but then there are two pugs crawling all over me which can be counterproductive, lol
