    I needed a trainer today. I was sooo unfocussed. But I did some work and yoga class.

        Just a bit today. I tried a new walking video today. New always confuses me. But it was OK in the beginning. Then i lost focus

          just got back from the gym... trainer mike insisted upon weighing me today... UGH it's that TOM, still lost 1/2 lb but had to explain to him why it wasn't more... geeze... told him about my "lady parts" and that shut him up rather quickly, lol... anyhoo another 30 for me. lower: weighted squat presses on the machine, leg lifts on the bosu ball upper/lower combo: squats with weighted bicep curls and press ups abs/core: planks (this time my legs were on the bosu ball... boy did that suck!!) legs out and hips up crunches, side cruches on the bosu ball (starting to hate that thing) upper: assisted pull up machine, weighted back lifts, shoulder pull backs with the tube
          Happy Workouts ladies!
          PS Liv we all have those days and you should see me when I try a new vid (usually involves at least one fall), sends my boyfriend into hysterics

              I was able to go to the gym on Monday and today! I did my usual 45 minutes each time for a total of 90 minutes this week, so far.

                            big 30 min upper body workout with trainer mike today: upper/lower combo: squats with bicep curls and press ups upper: chest press, lat pulls, forward flys, reverse flys, arnold presses, bench presses, weighted side and front lifts abs: weighted crunches and double crunches

                              So you like trainer Mike?
                              I did lower body work, squats (normal, plie, one legged) lunges and loads of different kind of crunches and stability work for core yesterday.
