      stability ball stretch and then 15 mintues of abs, cruch and core work via spark people.

          Sorry for not posting lately! We went on vacation to Chicago and got back yesterday. We're pooped! LOL The hotel had a gym, but no stability ball, so I have a lot of catching up to do!

          3/19: 20 min

          I'll have to double check my exercise log to see what I did prior to leaving....

          Hope you two are doing well and exercising.

            Here I am ....... it's been a crazy busy week between company and work I haven't checked in all week but I am managing to get my minutes done some early morning before work when the house is quiet and some during tv time but it's happening which is good ......... revamping my eating this week as well I have been stagnet for so long as far as not losing anything just mainitaining my weight at a not great place ....... I need to be more aggressive.

              way to score on the gym, bio! most times, almost every time we stay in a hotel, there is no such thing. you look like you doing fine with your minutes.

              spring time that brings on the hectic life. it's getting that way around here too.
              i really don't know how you and bio get things done.

              as for me, i got on the ball, both figuratively and physically, and got 35 minutes done.

                        Poor Jo did you feel like you were talking to yourself????? Awesome job on sticking it out and making goal!!!!!! I never have any doubts where your concerned!

                        Bio I'm glad you had a nice vacation and managed to work out as well I always check out the gyms and love them but never seem to make it down to one when I am vacationing!


                        I have been doing really good with my work outs and my eating in fact I am finally down 4 pounds ........ not a ton but for me good news to see the scale moving again. I am eating good and working out so I know it will all happen again for me here if I stick to it like I should and quit finding reasons why it just isn't working. My job, and my family are consuming me these days I just don't ever have time to get online anymore ever! If I do it's very limited and thats frustrating but life right now! Here's my end of the month report and yes I'm still in!!!!!!!!
