Im not doing great this week I am still kinda sickand I think I am using that as an excuse. I am going to the DR today and getting back on my allergy meds(I only need them in the spring so my RX is out) and I promise you and myself that I will do it in the morning. Six weeks until my birthday and I want results by then.

I've been on Induction for three weeks, two weeks clean. Long story short, I started day after thanksgiving at 262, bounced to 268. Tried the zone, tried everything, you know that story. I started induction at about 255, and today i am 246. I tried clothes on, I'm getting into most of them and some are real close. I have slim in 6, and decided to start tomorrow. I need a challenge. This board might be the very best thing. My mini goal is to be 225 by my 40th birthday may 27th . Is this doable???:joy

Hi!! Lisa Welcome to our little board. My bithday is on May the 30th and I too am working towards a birthday goal. I want to be in a size 14 by my birthday. I am a big 16 right now and I know that it will be hard work but I think that I am ready. I play soccer tonight so I didn't do the video this morning, all the girls that I coach are coming to watch tonight so I want to be at my best not too sore. I will do the video in the morning and will let you all know how it went. I am thinking I will go ahead with the second step because the book says to move on when you know how to do all the moves and I do , it still hurts when I do them, but I think I am going to move on and see it that will produce more changes. thanks for responding,I will be doing it as soon as I get home from work. I had good intentions this morning, but I did not sleep well and instead I got up and cleaned my house and did laundry, so tonight I have no excuses, nothing to do, food cooked and ready to go for the week. Even tho, I have done it in the past, I am going to restart with start it up and I need to get in the extra abs workout, maybe that is something I can do in the am, its short. I find myself watching the clock to much. I wish I could say I was going to be 27 , 40 the BIG ONE, for me. LOL
HonestlyI need a kick in the seat to get motivated. I'll check back and tell you that I did it and how it went. Accountability works wonders. Have a great day, lisaj

:wave Hi there! I didn't follow the diet plan that came with the slim in 6, so I can't help you there.
I also stayed at Start It Up and Ramp it Up for longer periods than they recommended. It's a really good workout, though. See how your body takes to it. I did SIS after doing NOTHING for years so it took me a while to be able to walk normal even just after the start it up! LOL. I just sent my niece a copy of it and told her to call me when she gets it and I will do it again with her.
