        I am adjusting my goal, as I was able to do 105 squats today with no great strain, so a goal of 700 is just lazy!

            Hey, I'm joining a bit late, but I'm almost a month into Atkins and want to push myself to exercise more (than almost nothing... pathetic, I know). I'll start off pledging 600... depending on how I start off I may increase that goal.
