      I bit off more than I can chew this month but I am going to bust it out to meet goal today and tomorrow. I am supposed to take of weights today and tomorrow according to my push up program, but I am committing myself to do pilates today and putting it down now so I don't back out. :/

            I planned for 10 gym visits on my numbers, and ended up taking my first week off since March. Luckily, I had enough play in the dates.
