I have been doing a lot of yoga lately. I think I need a 12 step programme or something
But my warriors are looking better 
Today I did some pushups and I did some abs and squats yesterday. I was in the gym and all those cute guys were hogging the mirrors. Did get my biceps, shoulder raises and arm lifts done though
