    I have been doing a lot of yoga lately. I think I need a 12 step programme or something But my warriors are looking better
    Today I did some pushups and I did some abs and squats yesterday. I was in the gym and all those cute guys were hogging the mirrors. Did get my biceps, shoulder raises and arm lifts done though

      More Yoga today and some squats and abs work. Plenty of abs work I can feel it.
      Kyla the crazy (but adorable) yoga teacher wanted us to do splits along the wall today. Wow. I tried. That is all I can say about that

                        It is hot in the gym. Today I sweated and I was not even doing anything yet. But I did some work abs, upper body, lower body - I have had some rest days and if I run when it is hot I am too exhausted to get any strength done so this is how it will be. I also did some yoga.
