    Going kind of slow, Jo... The internship/work is taking most of time... I leave home at 6am and arrive back at 12am, so not too much time left for exercising. I was thinking I could bring my ball at the office. I wonder how weird that would be... I'm sharing the office with two guys, but they leave at 6pm, so theoretically I could exercise here...

    Nothing on the 13th for me... I was fighting a nasty galaxy at work. But I did 40 min the next morning (14th), 30 min on Monday (15th) and another 30 min yesterday (16th). I'm not sure I'll do something today as I've pulled an all-nighter and I'm kind of sleepy... but I'll see how the day goes.

    My total is 260/400. I'm not late with the minutes, but for some reason I feel like I have done nothing all month. I guess my exercise routine is just a little messed up right now...

      Jo how are things going with you??? Are you working a lot? Do you ever hear from Bio? I never get anywhere on the board except this post it seems ........ Work Work Work and little time for much else But I'm not complaining God is providing and we need it ......

      Wow Georgiana it sounds like you are working out a ton ......... I struggle getting in my 10 min each day once a month usually I find time to pull out my dvd work out and do a full 30 but the motivation of knowing I NEED to make my goal is usually what drives me to do it. LOL I wish I had the motivation and drive every day!

      I am so tired today I was called in to work at 3 am this morning and hadn't gone to bed till after 11 so while it's no all nighter it certainly wasn't enough sleep for this chick!

      Here's my minutes:

      6/13 - 10 min
      6/14 - 16 min
      6/15 - 12 min
      6/16 - 10 min

      152/300 half way to goal but still not where I need to be at 170 min ...... I'm gonna need a dvd day this month I can feel it!

        i'm glad to see the updates! you two are doing much better than me. at least you hit the halfway mark by the middle of june. you really are doing fine... both of you!

        i got 19 minutes done today.

            Ended up with zero minutes on the 17th.

            18th ............. 10 minutes
            19th ............. 15 minutes
            20th ............. 35 minutes (brought the ball at the office )
            21st ............. 10 minutes at the office

            Total: 330/400

                      Looks like you are both doing good at posting I set a goal to post more this month and I was doing so good but I got busy this past week and forgot to sit down and post

                      6/17 - 10 min
                      6/18 - 10 min
                      6/19 - 12 min

                      6/20 - 26 min I had to cut my 30 min dvd workout short as a neighbor stopped by

                      6/21 - 0 min ( out of town for my neices wedding)
                      6/22 - 0 min Father's day and Hubby's Birthday to boot no "me" time I'm still lagging a little on my minutes but I should be able to make them up.

                        hey g, what all will you be doing with the band? are you finding things on sparkpeople or similar site to find exercises using it? i have one but haven't used it in awhile.

                                Until now I did Nicole's 20 min workout and some exercises I found on about.com. These are the links:

                                Yes, I did fall over a lot. And I had to repeat the video for like 10 times before figuring out what I have to do and how I have to do it.
