    Common' Liv. You git 100 to do before midnight. You can doit. You started this mess. This morning I didn't want to do squats, but I forced myself to do them. You will feel good about yourself in the morning. 100 to go!!!!

      Thanks for the encouragement Norman. You know what I took your advice and I did it. Everytime I got up I squatted a bit and it added up. I did make goal.
      I hope everyone are ready for some more squatting this month. It is an easy exercise which shapes you up nicely. If you are tired of it try combining it with some kicks or leg raises.

        Guilt is a *****, I'm very glad you did reach goal. No reason being even slightly burdened by guilt. By the way, are you still "Abs day" in Canada?
