Well, July is here and we need to keep those abs looking good so sign up here for this months challenge.

The challenge is open to everyone on the board and there is no cut off date, so you can join any time during the month. Add your name to the list in alphbetical order and tell us how many you pledge to do and then update your total as you go along. Mine will look like this: 0/2000.

Awards will be given in the Celebration! forum at the end of the month. Good luck!

OK so I know this might sound silly but I am assuming this abs challenge is about doing crunches/situps. Is that right? I would like to join but I would like a little more info to know what I'm getting myself into. Thanks!

this is my first exercise challenge
i am starting induction today so determined to keep up with some exercise so a challenge will keep me accountable as exercise is the one thing that i easily find a way of avoiding despite knowing its a key factor in the weight loss life
as im not sure of my capabilities i will pledge

1000 for the month and see how i get on

Because of trips at the beginning and end of the month, I'm making my numbers low. I'll say 90 weighted inclined situps for the month, starting at 40lbs.
