                    Ok I found out I can do push ups a lot easier off the wall I am doing 3 reps of 10 daily. Did 10 yesterday 10 this morning. Boy my arms are sore!!!! loving it!!!! so I up my total. OK I am going to up mine to 500 this month. Whish me luck!!! Oh can I up my quantity?
