    I did plenty of strength today. I did Jillian's Trouble Zones - lots of lunges and squats and tricep and bicep work. Then yoga with one of the tougher teachers. She really work on building strength - plenty of dolphins and planks.

          I did 3 and half hours of workout on Saturday. And just 50 minutes yesterday. A little bit crazy
