          148/300 Almost half way there!

          I'm going on induction tomorrow to get my straying butt back on track ......... also starting my elliptical and running programs again I need it all!

            seems like members all over the board are dropping back to lower rungs these days.
            good luck with your induction efforts, heidi.

            i visited sparkpeople and let nicole lead me through some ball exercises and then i did some squats and worked with weights.

            26 minutes total today. it feels good to be past that 1/2 way mark.

              Long update here... I wouldn't be surprised if I get slugged or don't make goal in some challenge this month. Nooooooooo!!!!!!!

              Sep 13: 15 minutes
              Sep 14: 10 minutes
              Sep 15: 20 minutes

              And since I'm out of town, I'll need to take a break from this challenge until Sep 22.

              If I don't make goal, I'll change my avatar to a slug. For the next year. There... now, I have a "goal" to avoid!

                  for me, i did some much needed stretching this evening.

                          EWWWWWWW to that first one , the second ones not so bad BUT there will be no slugging ....... SOOOOO step it up girlfriend and you can do it!!!!! And heck we've been known to donate minutes when need be ....... Hang in there lets see how it all comes to pass!
