        we multitasked.

        now, for today, i did some of those yoga movements from the site you posted in the last challenge. i had added the link to the first post of this thread for ease of finding it. that was the easy part. the yoga... not so much.
        here are the movements i tried to do:

        Squats with the Ball


        Upward Facing Dog and Downward Facing Dog
        ,
        Down Dog with Leg Lift to Lunge Stretch

        Spinal Rotation

        Seated Stork Pose


        i stopped there. the next one was Warrior I to Warrior II and Side Angle and i didn't feel like going there.

        so with my sparkpeople work and the above i can add 18 minutes to my total.

                    I'm so nosy........

                    I did another 13 minutes this morning. I was doing push-ups when a curious spider stopped right under my nose, starring at me. Had to stop to take his creepy crawly fanny out of the house. Hence the lucky 13 minutes...

                            Nerdy stuff. I was reducing some X-ray observations of a cluster of galaxies, and it takes about 10 minutes for the program to run (I have to run it many times). So in those 10 minutes... I'm procrastinating.

                              okay, whatever. i have no idea what that is xray... got it.... clusters... would that be peanut clusters? and galaxies? i use to like milky way bars but alas, had to give them up because they were making me fat.
