                  Was away helping our daughter and her fiancé move, so mileage is as follows, 1.71 miles on the treadmill Sat., Sunday off, and 1.79 miles on the treadmill today as well as a 2.3 mile brisk walk with the dog. He stops...I don't...so he runs to catch up..then goes ahead for a bit, till I pass him again, and he has to run to catch up. he actually bounces along when he's catching up, it's funny to see him. He loves the snow....I don't....I'll be getting the snowshoes out soon

                    ok, hate to post this...but I finally did 1 mile on the treadmill. I'm terrible with the treadmill, I find it extremely boring. I did run for a bit, so that was good. Just need to find something that will keep me on it. But, I'm on the board!

                          Yay barrnone!! I'm so glad you've got going Georgiana listens to podcasts, I sometimes listen to music or podcasts of yoga, or watch either an exercise DVD or a movie DVD. The treadmill used to face a wall (blech!) until I moved it about 2 weeks ago, so now it faces the tv in the downstairs rec room. I like to watch DVD's the best, but if I need to work harder, I listen to music.

                                Mine were ok Don, thanks

                                I set up a new program on my treadmill this morning. When I was about finished, I noticed I was at 2.1 miles. Then I pushed the stop button to go get the manual, so I could properly finish the programming. Unfortunately I forgot to check all the stats before I pulled the key out So I know I did at least 2.1 miles today. I'll be doing the same program tomorrow, so I'll be able to see what the final mileage is.
