      Not all at once Kntry! I do them in 4 Navy seals sets of 20-14-6 (in under 2 mins) and then tossed in 20 more at the end.

              I do inclines on stairs to relieve pressure on achy joints - 3 sets, 20 non-stop per set, 1 regular handwidth, 1 wide, 1 narrow... I think when I first started a few months ago I did sets of 10 with difficulty and not sure I could even do 10 of the narrow handwidth. Will up to 25 per set by the end of December I think.
