          Yesterday this guy commented that I drive around the whole city to go to all the yoga classed. Funny enough I saw him today to. ha ha ha
          I also lifted and worked the machines in the gym. I can feel it now.

          Mary what is a weight, lunges, squat video? Is it good?

            Hey Liv,
            It was from a "Firm" Dvd, that wants you to buy and use their special "step." I do my own modifications...and the other was a 3 workout video I got from Weight Watchers a few years ago.


            NOW, go watch the Olympics, I have the TV on right behind me.

              I am watching it. The US if walking in now. I am hoping they do not break Norway's lead in total medals this year

                No problem. You are most welcome!

                I am disappointed in a lot of the DVD's I have. They are totally misrepresented in some cases. One DVD looked perfect for what I wanted, but once I tried it---I keep tripping all over myself trying to follow. Usually with routines they repeat a step/pattern 4-8 times. This one she has you doing all these crazy moves only 2X and they ARE really unusual-complicated steps, so by the time you figure out what it is, she is doing something else, and she is moving SO FAST. It's like an aerobic workout while using weights. But she changes the steps so often you can't follow. What a waste of money!

                  Yes I hear you. That has been my experience too. Maybe it is hard to make an interesting lifting dvd? The only ones I really like are the Jillian ones. It think I like the trouble zones better than the shred. I lifted at the gym today and it can be hard to keep focus ( all those guys I have to look at I think )

                      I lifted at the gym today and it can be hard to keep focus ( all those guys I have to look at I think )
                      Hmmmm, makes me wish there was a gym nearby

                      And I log 35 minutes today on the Ball, doing various stretching/strength exercises and weights
