            Yoga yesterday. And boy did I have issues yesterday my glutes and abs hurt. I hope that means I worked them hard. Hope to get some work in today as well

                  I think I underestimated the time I would spend lifting free weights. Although I keep all my sessions under 60 minutes, I alternate between full body workouts and split routines. I'm coming back after a 5 month lay off and it seems my body quickly adjusted to the work load.

                            I did an hour of yoga with my favourite teacher I think. Lots of flow and very hard and triceps feel like gel after it is over. But I love it
