In this challenge, you can do any kind of abs exercise you want to including situps, crunches, knee-ins, leg-ups and also use any of the many machines on the market you may have access to. We count the number of reps you do.
When you update your numbers, please be sure to copy the last post in the thread so that other peoples numbers don't get lost.
Put your name on the list in alphabetical order and tell us how many reps you pledge to do. Mine will look like this: 0/1200.
