  • April ABS Challenge

    Spring is here and we want to look as good as possible in those shorts so here we go!

    In this challenge, you can do any kind of abs exercise you want to including situps, crunches, knee-ins, leg-ups and also use any of the many machines on the market you may have access to. We count the number of reps you do.

    When you update your numbers, please be sure to copy the last post in the thread so that other peoples numbers don't get lost.

    Put your name on the list in alphabetical order and tell us how many reps you pledge to do. Mine will look like this: 0/1200.

          EDIT- I may not be able to post often this month, I most likely will be doing my cross country move, and will have limited access to the net at times. Actually limited access to a computer for a while. (Wish I could turn in our two home computers for a new laptop!!! LOL!)
