              Today I tried lunges for inner thighs (one of my problem areas). So lunges to the side and in a diagonal and curtsy lunges. Lots of balance involved as well there

                Today I tried lunges for inner thighs (one of my problem areas). So lunges to the side and in a diagonal and curtsy lunges. Lots of balance involved as well there

                    Oh I like these Liv thank you - Hadn't thought of a variation which would complement my other leg work - if they work on me then I'll be very happy (problems area for me too!!)
