I just finished my long sustained Saturday trail run. 12.65 miles in 2 hours 38 minutes. A pretty good time, but then, it was CLOUDY (YAY!!) and much cooler, although humid as it gets. I still sweat like a pig! Burned 1072 calories. I felt good and strong though!! I took one of those bottles of Speedo sportwater drinks with me and I really think it helped! If its available in your area, you might want to pick some up! It is sweetened with sucralose, but is packed with electrolytes and vitamins too!

After two days off , I did my HIIT elliptical training for 45 minutes with a 5 minute cooldown - burned 625 calories! I feel like a slacker when I don't exercise, so it was good to get back at it!
