Man oh man, can you believe it? Its the end of July and school starts here this week .. incredible how fast the summer is flying by!!
No run for me today. After yesterday's 12.65 miles, I can use a day of rest. Tomorrow, I'll be back running over the lunch hour with the group from work. Alot of 'em have wimped out since the dog days are upon us, but there are a few of us dedicated ones that will NEVER give in to heat/humidity!! Just makes us all look forward to fall and winter .. when the weather is perfect for running!!
Hope you all have a terrific week of running! Set your sights high!!

Well, I was planning on running 8 miles this morning. However it was so cool out and I felt so good that I went ahead and did 9 miles!!! Last week 8 in 1:36 this week 9 in 1:40. The plan is to step my Tue-Fri Runs up to 6 miles, but I may just add in speed work in the evening in addition to my 5.5 @ 5am. Really just depends on the hubbys work schedule.
. I hope everyone is feeling better this week and is ready to go tear up the road!!!
I can't believe the speed at which you are improving your weekly runs!
I'm off to volunteer at the folk festival for 5.5 hours, so my poor feet are going to be screaming something wicked tonight!

LOL
I enjoy the silence.--I love my family. But oh how I enjoy the quite sound of nature. ( I live and run in a pretty rural area).
