I started the Slim in 6 program yesterday, I thought that I had been doing a lot of excercise and was in pretty good shape, but that lady put me through my paces, BIG TIME! I am so sore today.
The program says that you should do the first week workout for 6 days. I want to do it, but I am scared that if I'm too sore I should give my body some time to recover. What do you guys think?

When your muscles get a bit more used to the workout you won't have to worry about it. Just do what you can, but if you "let your body recover" then you'll sort of be starting over again...and thus...be sore again. It's just a part of starting a work out regime. Good luck.
