Hello all you wonderful exercisers out there!
I have a question for ya...I am into week 2 of actually exercising! I did the three mile walk with Leslie Sansone today and it took 45 minutes. I had been doing the two mile (30 minutes) and I felt ok when I finished it, but today I could really tell a difference when I did the extra 15 minutes. I have felt different ever since I did it today--like I am all warm and tingly all over and I feel like I could kick someone's
if I wanted to. Is this how I am supposed to feel after exercise?
